What technical requirements do I need to attend the virtual Roundtable? The virtual Roundtable will be hosted through Zoom. All participants are required to have a working microphone and camera, in order to participate in the small breakout roundtable discussions. A Zoom Guide can be found here. When will I receive the login information for the Roundtable? A few weeks before the virtual sessions, you will receive login details to the virtual Participant Portal. The day before the sessions begin, the Zoom links will be uploaded to the Participant Portal and you will be notified by email.
Can I earn CLE/CPD Credits at the virtual Roundtable? You may be eligible to earn CLE/CPD credits based on 3.5 hours of formal programming during the event. Credits awarded differ from state to state, and will be granted at the discretion of the individual state bars.
If you are interested in receiving CLE or CPD credits, we will make an application on your behalf. All you have to do is inform a member of Cambridge Forums indicating which jurisdiction(s) you require and your current job title. We will send you a certificate after the program has concluded. Cancellation Policy Written requests for cancellation will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the following schedule, based on the date the cancellation request is received:
Prior to August 11, 2021; 100% of the fee less a $50 administration fee.
Between August 11 and August 25, 2021; a credit will be issued (see individual price Fact Sheets for details), for use towards a future program, valid for three years from the issue date.
August 26, 2021, or later; the fee is non-refundable.
Registrations are transferable, however, as the program is by invitation only, all substitutes must be approved internally before we are able to accept them.
