Cambridge Forums is hosting the Washington Roundtable May 12– 13, 2022, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
In keeping with recommendations of health authorities across the globe we require that all participants and Cambridge Forums staff at the Roundtable be vaccinated. If you have not yet provided your proof of vaccination, please send it to Emma Cowie. We respectfully ask that if you cannot be vaccinated, you do not participate in the Roundtable this year.
As the situation is continuously evolving, we will continue to stay abreast of changes and ensure adherence to appropriate safety measures. In addition to the record of vaccination already presented to Cambridge Forums, it’s the National Press Club’s policy to verify proof of vaccination for all guests upon arrival. Masks are optional and can be worn or not based on your personal comfort level. An antigen (lateral flow) test is not required in advance of the Roundtable; however, we encourage you to test 24 hours in advance as an extra precaution.
Please contact Emma Cowie if you require a COVID-19 test prior to your departure, and she would be glad to provide information regarding the nearest testing center.
